At Blacksheep, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

• Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and with all original tags attached.

• Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, personalized goods, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
